14-day returns

Under Law 105/2003 on consumer protection, goods bought at a distance (online or by phone) may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, no reason needed.

Conditions

• The product is unused, clean, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• You present the receipt or order confirmation.
• Return in any Carpet Outlet store or by courier (return shipping is paid by the customer, except for faulty goods).
• Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the product, by the original payment method.

Not eligible for return or exchange

• Runners and wall-to-wall carpet cut by the metre to the customer's size;
• made-to-order or personalised products;
• products with signs of use, soiled or damaged after delivery.

Faulty products
