Who we are

The CarpetOutlet Loyalty app is the loyalty program of the CarpetOutlet store (Republic of Moldova). This page explains what data we collect and how we use it, in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on personal data protection.

What we collect

Phone number — for sign-in (one-time SMS code) and member account identification.

Name — shown on the membership card and used by staff at the register.

Points history — recorded purchases (amount and date) and redeemed rewards, used to calculate points and loyalty tier.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or any other data from your phone. The camera is used only by store staff to scan membership QR codes.

How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the loyalty program: earning and spending points, showing history and offers. We never sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union (eu-central region). Access is protected by authentication and row-level security — each member can only see their own data.

Your rights

You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Delete account) — your profile, points, and history are removed permanently.

You can request access to or correction of your data at any time at contact@carpetoutlet.md.
